ØAccuracy of the color of the product must be checked and confirmed
on different devices before ordering as different devices may show slight
difference in color based on its display settings. No returns or replacement is
offered in such cases.
ØYou just have to email us on support@duplikate.inwith minimum 3 different pictures
and a video showing the exact defect with the product within 12 hours of the
delivery and once approved resend the product to us within 15 days of delivery
and we will have your replacement product shipped once the defective product is
received and examined.
ØThe customer is liable to self-ship the product. Shipping charges
are not refundable.
ØThe product must be in unused condition with all tags on it the way
it was received.
